Design Dilemma illustrates how design can help make a house the
home you've always dreamed of having.
Design Dilemma
John & Chris Levchuk's previous homes had been built by them or
purchased brand new. When they moved to an existing home in Sawgrass
in Ponte Vedra to be closer to Chris's mom, it was a big change.
Their design dilemma was how make their house in Sawgrass feel like
their home.
This is What We Did
Chris visited our showroom looking for wallpaper and shower curtain
for their guest bathroom. Our designer Bobbie Jean gathered some
information, did some research, and then made a complimentary visit
to there home. During the home visit the Levchuks talked with Bobbie
Jean about redoing the house to make it feel more like their style
and home. Bobbie Jean got a sense of their style and what they were
looking to achieve. She then put together a design board for each
room to show how paint color, window treatments, bedding, flooring,
and some new furniture pieces could achieve the style they were
looking for. After completing the guest bathroom, they moved forward
with the master bedroom suite and living room to start. |
The Levchuks love the warmth of their home with the introduction of
color in the paint, fabrics, and dark finishes of the furniture
pieces selected. The house in Sawgrass truly feels like their home
now. |
